½ Small Carrot (Shredded)
½ Cucumber (Shredded)
½ Inari / Japanese Bean curd Skin (Shredded)
Peanut Sauce
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Black Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
¼ cup water
A little roasted sesame seeds
Chili Oil (Optional)
Chili Powder (Optional)
