Ingredients For 1 (Salmon Gimbap)
¼ cup cooked rice (prefer short grain rice)
1 Seaweed / Nori sheet
10 Slices of Cucumber
1 Lettuce Leaf
1 Can of John West Salmon Tomato & Onion (any other brand of canned fish)
1 Tbsp Salmon Mentaiko (Optional) can be replace by sliced cheese or egg omelette
Method (Salmon Gimbap)
1. Press out liquid from canned Salmon, sprinkle with some sesame seeds, mix well.
2. Use a sheet of seaweed with the shiny side down, cut a slit to the middle of the seaweed.
3. Spread the rice evenly on bottom right quarter of the seaweed. Arrange the other ingredient on each quarter.
4. Lift the bottom right quarter and fold it onto the top of the right quarter, the to the top left and finally to the bottom left. Make sure you press lightly and tuck all the ingredients in at each step. Cling wrap each gimbap and cut into half so that you can eat it easily like a burger.

1 egg (fried into omelette)
2 Slices of Spam (any meat such as stir-fried beef/pork shabu / processed meat)
1 Tbsp Kimchi
Method (Spam Gimbap)
1. Pan fry spam until surfaces become a little brown, at the same time using the same pan, crack egg, beat well and fry egg into omelette.
2. Use a sheet of seaweed with the shiny side down, cut a slit to the middle of the seaweed.
3. Spread the rice evenly on bottom right quarter of the seaweed. Arrange the other ingredient on each quarter. Add 1 Tsp of Kimchi on the rice.
4. Lift the bottom right quarter and fold it onto the top of the right quarter, the to the top left and finally to the bottom left. Make sure you press lightly and tuck all the ingredients in at each step. Cling wrap each gimbak and cut into half so that you can eat it easily like a burger.
