Garlic Oyster Mushroom
Good for 3-4 pax


4 Pcs Oyster Mushroom King

5 Cloves Garlic

1 Tbsp Chill Bean Paste (Dou Ban Jian)

2 Tbsp Hua Tiao Wine

Chopped Spring Onion.


  1. Cut oyster mushroom into 2cm thick, make a criss cross slit on both side.
  2. Pan fry mushroom until each side is golden brown.
  3. Push mushroom to the side and fry garlic until lightly brown.
  4. Add in chilli bean paste. Stir fry with ¼ cut water.
  5. Add in spring onion and serve with warm rice


  1. Can substitute chili bean paste with 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp soya sauce and ½ Tbsp chilli paste
