4 Pcs Oyster Mushroom King
5 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Chill Bean Paste (Dou Ban Jian)
2 Tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
Chopped Spring Onion.
- Cut oyster mushroom into 2cm thick, make a criss cross slit on both side.
- Pan fry mushroom until each side is golden brown.
- Push mushroom to the side and fry garlic until lightly brown.
- Add in chilli bean paste. Stir fry with ¼ cut water.
- Add in spring onion and serve with warm rice
- Can substitute chili bean paste with 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp soya sauce and ½ Tbsp chilli paste
